All of our online orders are shipped with Australia Post (AusPost). Australia Post is the quickest safest and reliable courier.

We ship 6 days a week!

Australia Post picks up from our store Monday-Saturday. And they deliver Monday-Saturday.
This means we offer same day dispatch 6 days a week. We send out orders twice per day. If you place your order before 3pm, you will receive same day shipping. If your order is placed after 3pm, it will be sent out by 10am the following day.

Your order is hand picked by our wonderful staff and will be packaged with great care. We take pride in our online orders. All packaging products used are completely compostable, or at worst, they are recyclable.
Other retailers often use plastic sticky tape, bubble wrap and other products which completely defeat the purpose of zero waste shopping.
When you shop online with Pantree, you can know for sure you are completely shopping waste free.

 

You will receive tracking information via email immediately once your order is completed and ready to be sent with AusPost. You can elect to add your mobile number if you would like tracking updates via text.

 

Almost all orders which are for the East Coast of Australia will be delivered within 3 days. Any shipping delays are due to the courier, not us, but AusPost and tracking have been very reliable with our experience. For Central and Western Australia, shipping times can be up to 5 days. All orders are packed fresh and sent from our Sydney Whole food Store.

  

Shipping prices are calculated by weight. The heavier the parcel becomes, the more it costs us to send. The best way to shop economically is to think about the weights of your items. In the checkout page, you shipping will be calculated exactly for you before you confirm anything. So go back and add/remove items to make the shipping suit the best. 
For example if you currently have 3kg of products in you cart. You can add another 2kgs worth of products and the shipping will be exactly the same.

The shipping costs are below. Keep in mind that we are hand picking and packing these orders for you. And there are all of the small things which costs us. Such as the box, shipping labels, packaging items, our labour, AusPost collection fees etc.

0g - 500g = $7 (approx)

501g - 1kg = $9 (approx)

1kg - 3kg = $12 (approx)

3kg - 5kg = $14.50 (approx) **Rate is calculated exactly at checkout depending on your delivery address
